PM course: BEXHILL & HASTINGS IN WW2: 19/10/19

Afternoon course: BEXHILL & HASTINGS IN WW2
on: Sat 19th October from: 2 pm to 4.30 pm
at: Bexhill Museum
Ken Brooks will be joined by Dave Hatherell to present the story of Bexhill and Hastings in WW2. At this time the Sussex coast was very much in the front line. However, despite the threat of invasion and the terror of the bombing raids, everyday life continued, often with our British sense of humour. This half-day course has been specially planned to fit in with the opening of the new WW2 gallery at the Museum. There will be an opportunity to visit this, with the Izzard Model Railway, showing Bexhill in January 1940, as its centrepiece.

Pre-booking is advised as places are limited. Phone 01424 222058 or pop into the Museum to pay for a place.
Fees are £12 per person, £10 for members, refreshments are included
