Relatively few people have heard of the Home Guard Auxiliary Units, which were to
be the British Resistance if Germany had invaded in World War 2, delivering guerrilla warfare throughout their local areas.
Interviews with original members in Sussex and research in to their
secret hideouts is the basis of this exciting talk. Stewart is a founder member of the Sussex Military History Society, a member of the Council for British Archeology Suth East and a long-time member of the underground exploration group Subterranea Britannica.
