Stepping Out to explore the Bexhill West railway branch line between Bexhill and Sidley.
This walk will start at the former Bexhill West railway station on Terminus Road and take us towards Sidley and back viewing what remains of the branch line and associated buildings. Although much has disappeared since the construction of the Hastings to Bexhill Link Road many reminders can still be seen of the railway which opened in 1902 and closed, following the Beeching Report, in 1964.
